Dear,

Please check the attachment. I’ve renamed the string for no results found via Loco Translate, and I’ve added a redirect link towards the contact page. But the search does not support it.

Can you fix this?

Loco is showing the link well but not your search.

Ok, is it something from the theme? or a setting from WooCommerce?

We use esc_html__ function for translation as required by Envato. And it removes HTML tags and transforms them into special symbols https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000481243#h_674316188621522302914837
