second Language sections not in the center

hi i have some problems with my web site in other Languages like Russian and Ukrainian Languages and any second Language
there is many section is not in the medal of the page and i cold not fex it
please see the attached photos

and pleas tell me how to fix it because i Search alot and iam Curios about it

Looks like empty sidebar is active on your homepage. Try to disable it by selecting 1 column layout in your homepage settings as shown on following the screanshot http://prntscr.com/k40ldt.

What is WPML is basically doing is that it create the duplicates of your main language page and link them to each other. In that situation, you need to find the duplicate pages (https://prnt.sc/k45l2f) and set the same layout option to 1 column (https://prnt.sc/k45ksy).

it is not wpml i have anther web site with the same problem it is in Arabic as default language and there is no Other language in the site

Yes, we see this problem in our theme with RTL. It will be fixed in our next theme update. As for now, try to edit the file js/functions.js and remove this line http://prntscr.com/k4lqdg
You will need to disable Include minified JS in Theme Settings -> Performance.
