Selected Categories on Categories ONLY page

I just want to display selected categories on the categories only page. my current categories page shows all the product categories.
Please advise how to do that.

Please navigate to Appearance > Widgets and check the Product category widget: http://prntscr.com/n6h7yw

You will find all the options provided by WooCommerce our theme does not have additional options for the product categories.

But on WordPress custom pages you can display your selected categories by using “Product categories” theme element and then write name to select the specific categories to display.
