    Hi,

I’m building on a new website for one of my customers. So the website is still under construction.
They are selling some of their products in groups of 24 (or multiples of them, like 48, and so on). I’ve found two plugins to do so, the WooCommerce min/max quantities plugin or the Yith min/max plugin.

To test the functionality of the plugins in my own environment I’ve bought the WooCommerce plugin. This is working perfectly fine, with one exception. The quantity box in the side cart is not showing the current number of products in the cart. Instead it is continuously showing the standard number. I’ve attached an example of this. So my problem in this case is that it’s showing 24 instead of 72.

How can I make this such that it is showing the current amount of products in the cart in the quantity box as well?

In the meantime I’ve also been in contact with Yith to see whether this plugin will be able to do this. They are sure it will work, but only if the sidecart is build with standard WooCommerce hooks. So I was wondering, is the sidecart making use of these standard WooCommerce hooks?

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,

Thanks for your quick reply! I’ve disabled all plugins now not related to Woodmart. Only Elementor, Woodmart Core, WooCommerce and WooCommerce min/max are enabled. But please feel free to enable/disable what’s needed.

All credentials are in the private content.

I’m looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks,

    Neal

Actually, our theme uses the core WooCommerce function to display the quantity in the shopping cart widget. http://prntscr.com/v8k7ze
And the plugin, in turn, filters this value correctly on the cart and checkout pages only with the following code https://prnt.sc/v8k7mm
So it is not a bug in our theme but this plugin is not supposed to work in the shopping cart widget. We are not able to fix this from our side. You can contact plugin’s developers for help.
