You can add HTML Blocks as content below or above the categories by adding the HTML block code in the Category description.

Hello,

You need to put the content in the HTML Block and then add the shortcode of the HTML Block in the Category description area of the specific category.

Then Go to Theme Settings >> Product Archive and set the category description position.
