Server Error(500 Error)

Im getting Server Error 500 when updating my templates, but if i try updating my homepage its updating…only in the templates.

I already tried this following:
– Created new page and use the same template
– Delete all the revisions,comments and drafts etc. with wp optimize or wp sweep
– Deactivated all plugins except elementor to check if there is incompatibility but still getting error
– Php limit extended to 500mb
– I message elementor support and they said upon checking our site the problem is the theme, they tried changing it to other theme such as 2022,2021 theme it works here is their screencast for proof (https://www.loom.com/share/b1d38e5f799646ef843fc5af09f4314c)
-I also message my wpx hosting but base on their php logs the theme is giving an error also

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access so we can check it?

I tried that already but you can disable it also now and pls bring it back as soon as possible.

We still see all the plugins activated. Please, turn them temporarily off. And switch to the parent theme also.

Deactivated all the plugins and change to 2021 theme

Its in Elementor Templates…Try to edit any templates there.

Try to edit the “Crystal Opals Product Page Template” and seems it needs to activate the elementor PRO pls double those page templates not the pop ups and descriptions.

any update?we can not let the other plugins disabled for a long time(especially paypal ) someone might order.

It seems like you are trying to add our special elements to the Elementor PRO template. They will not work this way. They are developed for our theme’s custom Layouts only. If you want to use Elementor PRO, you need to use its own elements. Or you can create your layout with our Layouts as described in the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/

What special element are you talking about? Cant you see its a published Single Product Page Template already. I created it last September.

For example, Linked variations is a part of our theme’s layouts builder and you added it to the Elementor PRO template. That is why you see the error now.

Sorry, the WooCommerce Hook element is also from our theme. Try to remove it and check how it works.
