Service Unavailable 503

Hi xtemos team, I am having a big issue with this error “Service Unavailable 503” initially I thought it was a plugin issue so I decided to start from scratch, got the same error. notice I have another site working fine in the same hosting so I doubt there is issue in my hosting, I have reported anyway, please can you advise how to fix it?

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.
