Setting preset for categorie(s) is not working

Hello,
I’m trying to change the layout of a specific category (blog) to full-width without a sidebar.
Defining a preset for this category, deactivating inheritance, clicking on full width and saving do not work for me.
Attached please find all related screenshots: ID of the category, Conditions I’ve tried (together or separately), settings of the preset and a screenshot of the page.
Probably something is missing, just can’t find what.

This is your blog page. Navigate to Pages > edit this page > In the Bottom of the page settings > Click on the Sidebar and choose the Sidebar Position “without”.

Thank you for your answer.
I understand and made the changes under Pages->Blog Entry->Edit->Sidebar.
This is working. But I ask myself what for are the setting under Theme Settings -> Blog?

The same question I have when regarding the layout of categories:
Theme Settings-> Product Archive doesn’t seem to reflect changes.
Where is this defined and how can I define different layouts (some 2 columns, some 3 columns, etc.) for different categories ?
