I saw the screenshot you attached. To modify the shipping and delivery tab content you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Tabs.

And you need to edit the HTML Block used in the additional tab content.

Ok, pero donde esta el contenido como tal por ejemplo las imágenes, no veo las etiquetas img! Ni los párrafos con la etiqueta p.
