Shipping methods cost

Hello,
we have create a e-shop, using Basel and wooCommerce.

If customer order is below 30€ pays for shipping 3.9€ (standard Shipping cost).
If the order cost is above 30€ the shipping is free.

In first case works good, but in second case (Free Shipping) on cart / Checkout pages show the two option both.

Showing a select with two options like this

1. Free Shipping
2. Stand Shipping

But this is not correct. When the order cost above 30 must showing only the “Free Shipping” as message. The customer must not choose the shipping cost.

Could you please check is it caused by our theme switching to default WordPress one?
