shipping problem

hey i have problem with shipping . i have set it to free shipping 0 mad and i get some orders -25 mad .
when i try to apply for free shipping option and put no required setting also show problems in calculate . i have problem also in the payment page when i put email no need to add it order can not pass they ask me for emails . i have lost lot of orders because of purchase page problems and customer in mobile cant see total price is hidden down it should be up first then shipping information of customers . could u please help me fix this issues in my account .
