Shipping Progress-Bar not showing

Dear Forum,
using the Theme we currently facing issues displaying the following things from the site-settings:
https://page.shop/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xts_theme_settings&tab=shipping_progress_bar
Even enabling the Setting and Clearing the Cache does not help to show the Bar. What to do to enable this Setting? What to fix to enable the Shipping Progress Bar?

Maybe you are using a custom layout for the single product, cart and checkout page. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit the layouts and add the free shipping bar widget: https://postimg.cc/VSsx2N3M
