I saw the screenshot you attached.

To change the page title background image please edit the shop page and set the page title image.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

You don’t need to edit the page using Elementor. Just simply edit the page from Dashboard >> Pages then the options will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
