Shop Categories

Hi,
I set up the Woodmart theme. But I can’t see the shop and shop category pages. I would like to see a page as attached. Can you check the attachment?

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw your site your shop mega menu is missing and also your shop page is missing. It seems while importing the demo content you miss something.

If you have already done all the above steps then you need to check your menus from Appearance >> Menus. If a menu contains the shop option then select that menu as your main menu.

Also from the WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products you need to make sure a page is selected as your shop page.

Kindly deactivate all the third party plugins(if you have any) and then check back with theme default plugins.

In case if it still does not display the shop page and category pages. Then share your admin login details so I can check and help you out,

The login details which you shared having a user role of “Store Manager”. I need admin login credentials. Because I can not access Theme Settings, WoodMart Option and plugins as well. Also the main settings option is not accessible with this role.

Your problem is resolved. I found the mega menu for shop inside your html blocks and added the shop mega menu inside your main menu.
