Shop extra widget position and sidebar to be first of products in mobile

Can I somehow add any extra widget in shop except from filter and sidebar positions?

Also, sidebar in shop can be appeared first and before products at mobile view?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there are no any other widgets areas on the shop page except those two. The sidebar always appears below the products on mobile devices.
