Shop filters within shop loop head

i had configured an filters using HTML block and assigned in the theme settings by selecting condition always open , but i want this to be displayed within the shop loop head.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
