Shop not adding to cart URGENT

Hi, when we want to add to cart a product then nothing happens.
The issue is with the plugin yith product add ons.

When using twenty twenty theme all works.

Please advise.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Hi, The issue appears with “YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium”.
The issue is between the theme and the plugin.
We tested everything.

1. When deactivate “YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium” all works.
2. When activate”YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium” the add to cart does not work.
3. When using different theme (twenty-twenty) all works.

So shortly all works but when “YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium” active not with Woodmart nothing works..

Plugin builder says “all works when other theme so check with themebuilder”
You say check with plugin builder.

So please advise.

Please try to disable AJAX Add to cart in the Theme Settings > Single product tab.

How can we fix this so that we still have a popup that shows the shopping cart in right corner?

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Enter the Cart element http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3 and set the “drop-down”

Set the same format in the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.
