Shop Page Category View Disappeared after Update

I have noticed after the recent update that our shop page which was a list of our categories in picture form has disappeared.
If I check the actual shop page on the backend, I am unable to ue WPBakery or any other theme structures.

You cannot edit these functional pages with page builder directly. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

When checking, I see this is how we did it before. See screenshot attached, why did it disappear?

- Open your Shop layout and make sure it still contains the category element.
- Ensure this layout is assigned to the Shop page (Display condition: Shop / Product archives).
- Also, verify under WooCommerce > Settings > Products that the correct page is set as the Shop page.
Once the correct custom layout is re-assigned, your category image list should appear again. If the issue remains, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

I have done this and it is still not working. Please advise, sign in details have already been shared on this thread

In your product archive layout, you have added the Product Categories widget and set its Data Source to Custom Query and have not selected the categories that is why they are not showing. With this option, categories must be selected manually.
If you want to display all product categories automatically, please change the Data Source to WooCommerce Query. This will ensure that all available product categories are shown without manual selection: https://ibb.co/TMDW6c6t
