SHOP PAGE EDITING DOES NOT SUPPORTED

when i select to edit the shop page i receive this message:
“The theme you are using does not support this screen”
WOODMART 8.5.7
WORDPRESS 7.0.2

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only the theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Ι did what you advice but did not work. I tried also some other solutions i found on youtube but nothing.

If you want to customize the Shop page using Elementor, please use WoodMart Layouts and create/edit a Shop Archive Layout. This is the recommended way to customize the WooCommerce shop page in WoodMart.
