I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) You can set the display on the shop page from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog.

2) If you want to add filters on the top of products then you can add from Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop Filters.

3) To add the elements to the widget area you need to Go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop Page widget area.

If you want to ask anything else then provide with some relevant screenshots of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
