Shop page is not loading.

I have checked all the possible settings, but the shop page is not loading. When i click on the category, it shows the product archive, but shop page is not responding. I am using mega-electronic template

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

I deactivated all the 3rd party plugins, but still the shop page is not loading, and there is an error whenever I try to update the theme.

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.3.2 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the issue.

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
