Shop Page – Problems and Doubts

Hi,

I’m having a couple of problems with my website “shop” page:

1 – Infinite scrolling does not work on the shop page. Is it possible to activate it? Even using a third party plugin

2 – I’m using Fibosearch plugin for my search bar.. but whenever I search for any word, the shop page displays next to the breadcrumbs: Search results for “”. The products displayed do match with the requested search, but the text “Search results for” is always empty. See picture attached.

3 – Shop page is EXTREMELLY slow compared with the rest of the website. I’m using cache plugins and Cloudflare, and the website is relatively fast on most pages. We have a dedicated cloud server on Siteground, so I would expect everything to be running much better by now. But display of search results is incredibly slow. Can you give me any hints on how to fix it?

1) Sorry but we could not help if the issue is caused by a third party plugin. Because we provided support services within our theme.

2) Sorry but we haven’t tested this plugin with our theme and we could not ensure its compatibility.

Hi,

1 – I’m using infinite scroll provided by your theme, not a third party plugin. I want to know if I can make it work for the shop page. In case your theme function does not allow it, then is there any plugin that you can recommend that does it?

2 – have you tested any powerful search plugin that you can recommend to use with woodmart?

3 – I’ll check it, but again, the problem is only related to the shop pages, so I was expecting some tips relevant to this page, not site wide optimization..

1) You can enable Infinite scrolling from Theme Settings >> Products Archive >> Products Grid.

2) Our theme supports the Relevanssi plugin that works with our Ajax search.

3) If you optimize the website according to our ultimate guide then all the pages will be fast.
