    I never ever experience like this, when I go to product show case page its showing blured. pls check attached pictures and pls do needfull

    Hello,

    In order to get rid of blurred images, you should regenerate images using the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, after installing navigate to Dashboard -> Tools -> Regenerate Thumbnails, there regenerate images by clicking on the “Regenerate Thumbnails For All Attachments” button.

    The process will generate another couple of images, so it will double the number of images I already have?

    I tried “Regenerate Thumbnails For All Attachments” still appears the same. Please help and do the needful. Only effecting brands pages, the same product on shop page is perfect. Some screenshots are attached for your reference please kindly do check.

    If images are very small for products, our theme stretches the images to fit the width of the product block so in your case they are blurry. You need to upload larger images to show them correctly.

    Please check properly. I upload all products the same size and we maintain the same size 1000 X 1110 pixels. If you want to check my backend I can give access. The only certain page affecting these issues, same product on the shop page appears perfect. Only I filter by brands it’s getting blurred.

    After we looked into the situation, we found the problem with the images resulting from the lack of the necessary code. We feel terrible about this mistake and regret that this error slipped past our quality processes. We are taking this incident seriously. Once it was discovered, we took appropriate measures and in our next update it will be fixed.

    In order to fix it now, you should take a few steps to prevent this issue again by adding the below code in the xts-hitek/templates/elementor/products.php file on line 287 before the return; value.

     xts_reset_loop();

    It will be better if you add it so that issue doesn’t occur anymore since this code will be added to the theme by default after the next update.
