Even though I’ve tried closing everything in this area and turned off all settings, I can’t seem to delete the white box in this area. I really, really need help with this. This area disappears in other themes like WoodMart, but it doesn’t disappear in the Mega Electronics theme.

The thing is that the archive pages are built via Layouts so you need to hide that sidebar via Layours -> Product archive and recheck the issue. https://prnt.sc/YJW-ZgJLaLpZ
