Shop, product grid

When Im at my site as invited or logged out, I can see as I set at the theme option, but when Im logged in, I only see 1 row of products, how can I change the default product grid for logged users?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
