Shopping card widget and mobile widgets not showing

Hello, I have a problem with the shopping cart and mobile widget.

When I click add to cart the screen just dims a little bit but the shopping cart widget does not appear. Same happens when I click the cart button. The only way I can access the cart is if I right click the cart link and open in new tab, then the cart opens in a new tab properly, but the widget does not work.

Same happens on mobile when I click either the menu button or the cart button, it just dims the screen a little bit and nothing appears.

I would like to note I have not added any plug ins except the ones that were installed with the theme. I barley made any changes to the demo I imported. I also checked quite a lot of topics on this forum regarding similar problems but none of them were exactly the same or solved the issue.

Thanks for reaching to us.

It looks an issue related to cache. You should clear all browser cache, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

Same thing happens with my shopping cart as well. Any news regarding on how to solve this issue?
Must be mentioned that we have deactivated all the plugins except the required ones.
