Shopping cart at bottom of footer

Good day and I hope all is well. I am trying to make the template in Woodmart have a sticky footer on the mobile side like the demo where the shopping cart indicator is located at the bottom of the footer. If this doesn’t make sense, please look at the image I attached. Is there a setting where I can add this functionality to the footer? Thanks!

Actually that was not a footer I have seen your attachment that was mobile navbar. You can add the mobile-navbar by enabling the “Enable Sticky navbar” option from Theme Settings >> General >> MOBILE BOTTOM NAVBAR.
