Shopping Cart Not Working

Hi Elise,

I’m having problems with my cart. Once add items to my cart and the window appears see cart it appears empty? Sometimes I select go to checkout and it appears empty as well.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

As soon as I have disabled the plugins, the shopping cart works correctly: https://gyazo.com/d9365cb6c0c00d4062ebcdee2244d787 I checked as logged out user.

Now I have enabled the plugins back. Please disable all the plugins not related to the theme and enable them one by one to check the issue.

Hi Elise,

I finally found it. It was the plugin Pixel Your Site that was causing glitches in my shopping cart.

Once I deactivate the Pixel Your Site plugin, does it affect my Facebook Pixel or I only need Facebook for Woocommerce in order to track my Facebook Ads visitors?
