Should I do Basel Import if my site is not empty?

Hello,

My site is using Sydney and I want to change to Basel. But I already have WooCommerce products and a few other things like forms for my current site. Should I do Basel basic import and then choose a demo version, then change?

Please make the full site backup and upload the demo you like, the content would remain the same, widgets in the sidebars may be reset.
