We have found a plugin called xtemos quick view but it seems to have a conflict with your theme and when it is enabled there are two quick view buttons on the product. Not sure if this plugin is also yours, but in any case how can we disable the quick view from the theme in order to use something else?

Sorry forgot to write that we have already tried to disable it from theme settings but it still appeared.

We have not any plugins. We deal with WordPress themes only. Please clean all your browser and plugin cache to get rid of the double icon. You can disable our theme Quick view in the Theme Settings > Shop > Quick view.

there is not any cache plugin on the site at the moment, we have set quick view from the theme settings to off, when we disable the quick view plugin, the theme’s quick view button disappears too, when the plugin is enabled both appear.
