Show empty categories

I am using Home base as my default homepage. I am displaying the products using Product Categories plugin of Wpbakery / Visual Composer as used in the default pages.

I want to display the empty categories as well. It is only showing the categories that have at least one product in it.

Kindly let me know how to make the empty categories visible in that section.
