Show header icons, one below another one

Hello, i would like to show 2 social icons,
INSTAGRAM + FACEBOOK
Below the main header icons ( Search,Wishlist,My account)

EXAMPLE:

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Add the social element and set “follow”
