You need to enable the Header banner in the Theme settings > Shop > Header banner. Insert the content in the field or create HTML block and insert block shortcode.

Remove all the classes and styles from the content.

You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

If you want to make the whole background black, you can do it in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors. You will have to set the background of the Header separately.
