Show single variation does not create individual variation products

Hello, we are trying to use the “Show single variation” functionality as described in your official documentation:

These are the steps we have followed:

• Enabled Theme Settings → Shop → Variable products → Variation as product (Show single variation).
• Re-saved all variable products using Dashboard → Products → Bulk edit.
• All products are variable products with properly configured and active variations.
• The “Show variation product” checkbox is enabled for the variations.
• Cache has been cleared.

However, the variations are not displayed as individual products on shop or category archive pages.
Only the parent product is shown, and no separate variation products are generated or visible.
Is there any additional requirement we should check, or is there any known limitation for this feature to work properly?

Environment: WordPress 6.9, WooCommerce 10.3.3 and Woodmart version 8.3.3

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

After deactivating the 3rd party plugins, the issue was resolved, thank you for the suggestion.

Now we have a follow-up question.

In the archive pages, the variations are displayed as individual products, but the product title does not include the variation information (for example, color or size).

Is there any option in the Woodmart theme settings to display the variation attributes (color, size, etc.) in the product title on archive pages?

If not, would this require a custom code solution?
In that case, could you please advise the recommended approach or hook to modify the product title for single variations?

Hello,

By default, archive pages show variation attributes when a single variation is displayed. Additionally, you can manually set a variation title in the WooCommerce variation settings for each variation. This way, the attribute or custom title will appear correctly on archive pages without extra code.

We would like to display variations as individual products (without the parent product) in certain categories in bulk, while keeping the parent product in the other categories.

Is there an option in the theme for this, or would it need to be done via custom code?
If so, is this officially supported, and what would be the recommended approach or hook to use?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in option in Woodmart to limit this to only one specific category while ignoring others.

You can control which variations appear on the Shop page directly in each product’s Variations tab: just uncheck the “Show variation product” box for any variations you don’t want to display: https://postimg.cc/TpDcMnDz

I understand that there is no option available in the panel and that the only supported options are the ones described in the documentation. However, I would like to make sure.

Is it possible to display variations as individual products only for a specific attribute, such as color, and not for others like size or measurement?

For example, we would like the archive pages to show one product per color, but not create separate products for each size.

Is this possible using theme or WooCommerce options, or would it require a custom code solution?
If so, is this officially supported, and what would be the recommended approach?

Sorry, but there is no option in the theme settings available for that.

It requires customization, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
