Show summary on hover not working in Products (grid or carousel)

Hello,
WP: 4.9.9
Woocommerce: 3.4.5
Other plugin are updated.
Theme Woodmart: update from v3.2 to v3.4.

HomePage in admin: Products (grid or carousel) – Design: Show summary on hover
Frontend: not working/not showing the summary
I disabled all cache plugin but still not working.
I do not use compare products, I have it turned off in theme setting and the
YITH WooCommerce Compare plugin is disabled.

Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and deactivate your blocking configurations http://prntscr.com/mjgpp2 Update your site admin access if you have changed.

I changed in admin the “Products (grid or carousel)” settings:
Layout from Carousel to GRID.
It will be enough for me as well. Even without carousel, but the problem still live…
