Which summary you want to show without hover? Share screenshots of your issue by pointing out the section.

There is no such option to replace the Brand and Category with some custom attributes in product item grid. You can check the available options in theme settings >> Shop >> PRODUCTS STYLES.

I have seen your provided attachment file. Unfortunately there is no such code snippet available to display the summary without hover.

It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
