I saw the screenshot you attached.

You can try changing the product styles from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Styles.

The bubbles are displayed without hover mode

To Display color swatches on the shop grid you need set the swatches to be displayed from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Attribute Swatches.
