Showing An Error on Woodmart Theme

Hello Woodmart Team,
I am facing a problem with a theme. Whenever I update something in a theme option it is redirected to the error page that showing this line “WARNING! This page allows direct access to your site settings. You can break things here. Please be cautious!”.
I dont know why is this happening with my theme. Please help.

Try to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase PHP max input vars parameter form 10000 to 20000. If it will not help, please, send us your FTP access so we can check.

Have you increased the PHP parameter already?

It is your cpanel data. We need FTP access to your files. If you don’t have this information, please, contact your hosting provider for help.
