where can I change the graphics, fonts, colors, this part of the menu?

Navigate to Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced. In this area, you can assign elements to below Custom Class:

– For titles

h5.widget-title

– For first sub-menus

.widget_product_categories ul.product-categories > li > a

– For sub sub-menus

.widget_product_categories .product-categories .children li a
