SİLİP TEKRAR YÜKLEDİM VE MENÜLER KAYBOLDU

Merhaba,
Wordpress de yeniyim ve tema lisansınızı geçenlerde aldım. Birkaç gün içinde temayı silip tekrar yükledim ve her seferinde lisansımı tekrar girdim. Bugün wordpress güncellemesi için temayı ve herşeyi sildim ve güncelledim. Temayı tekrar yükledim ve lisansımı girdim. Ancak menüler kayboldu. Ne yaptıysam tekrar getiremedim. Menüleri tekrar nasıl geri getirebilirim?
