Simple layout of products

Firstly I’m getting very frustrated with you guys how is it payed support when you simply tell me to look at our guide document to fix the issue…

I simply can’t get my products spaced using elements in your theme suggest with the element options to add spacing etc .
Elements “Products grid or carousel” or “Product Tab”

I need you to take a proper look at this maybe its conflicting with the css you suggested I add for the styling?

I have tried to login to your website and was unable to login. The login URL is not working and its displayed the 404 page.
