Single-Page or Multi-Page Checkout: Which Is better ?

First of all, congrats for this template (Basel). I launch a website one year ago, where we sell women clothes. Our target group is not young, approx. 40 to 60 years old. For a majority of our customers, a single page checkout does not seems very easy to use. Sometimes they call us because they do not arrive to order. Consequently, our abandonned rate on our checkout page is high (60%).

I think a multi page checkout will be more appropriate and easier for our target group. What do you think ? Do you think you could offer two type of checkout in your template ?

We understand your situation but the checkout process is a part of the WooCommerce functionality. We are not able to divide it into steps in our theme’s scope. Maybe you can try to use some additional plugin for that.
