single product layout

even though i selected the view large image and small detail aside on my website i see the details (price, size, etc..) below the images as you can see in attached pic.
even looking at the ecommerce from a different browser doesn’t solve the problem. Anyone can help?

Maybe you have created a custom layout for a single product page. Please disable the custom layout from dashboard > Layouts.

If the issue remains, deactivate the third party plugins on your site and check the issue. If the issue still persists, share the wp login details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

i use this template from very long time and only recently i had this problem. But i checked for custom layout anyway and i couldn’t find any. I disabled the latest plugins installed and updated and still couldn’t solve the problem.

I changed the language to english and please find below the access details:

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Please disable the child theme if you use it.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
