Single product setting no function

as you see i have some setting about Single product, but go to web to see is no function

You need to create HTML block and insert its shortcode into the After/Before Add to cart area.

Sorry for the confusion. When you imported the demo, this demo used WooCommerce layouts builder https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/woocommerce-layouts-builder/?theme=woodmart

And now you have product template in the Dashboard > Layouts: https://gyazo.com/9163559126537a0a32f9f3ffb8f9dc74

In this case, the Theme Settings are not applied. I have put this layout in the Draft status, and the product page is now displayed as per your Theme Settings.
