Single product template not working

hello

im using your wonderful theme for my website, and have used your single product theme for my products i wish to sell on my site. Im have published a single product template from the theme and have noticed when viewing it live not shows up. i have a screenshot attached and will provide a link also. can you maybe explain to me what ive done wrong?

also the html blocks templates that are pre made with theme i go to view them and they seem to load up not very well (screenshot attached)

i managed to uninstall some plugins which may of helped, one thing i need to know with the single product page is there any chance im able to access the page and edit with elementor?

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) then edit Product Layout again, and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

i deactivated the plugins again and re-done the single product template but still have the same issue of not being able to edit the template

ive deactivated pretty much all of my widgets and have come across a few problems.

1. When i make editing changes on my pages im working on the widgets on the side in elementor editor cannot be seen. (Screenshot attached)
2. when creating a shop page the filters on the side is quite difficult to edit with limited changes through elementor is the any documentation or videos to help understand this theme a bit better, ive been making changes through the setting in the theme but its quite annoying going back and forth to check the changes from the settings to the elementor editor.
3. The single product layout – when selecting a template layout are you able to edit the layout through elementor? ive been trying to do so but unable to edit this template.

No problem, I will send a video to you privately, just an FYI I managed to sort out the widgets problem was a plugin that was causing the issue, which is a shame because a lot of the plugins I have are pro versions and by the looks of it I won’t be able to use any which is a shame.

As for the rest, I will put on the video and a couple of extra issues I just found.

as for the gaps in the header im unable to delete the sections, ive tried to manually delete them through the elementor editor but unable to do so

yes above my footer there’s a gap running horizontally (screenshot attached).

also noticed in the footer where i have the cards accepted in the bottom left (screenshot attached) the content in the column wont centre even though ive selected it, and also the subscribe button when i hover over it ive changed it to grey but doesn’t seem to show

2. Login and registration are default WooCommerce functionalities and WoodMart does not control these. Please contact support of WooCommerce plugin to get advice, which support forum can be found at the following URL: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

3. There are many types of buttons, please describe in more button you are referring to, then I can assist you better.

thank you for your response, I have disabled the pre-footer and found that was the issue, thank you so much that was bugging me a lot.

As for the login and registration thank you for letting me know I’ll need to find a plugin that will work with the Woodmart account pages that were provided with the theme.

so with the buttons I’ve been using the theme settings for button typography and colour settings and also how they will be displayed, for example in the settings 3D button, rounded, square, etc, but there is no setting for the border on buttons. Will this need to be done manually via the Elementor editor?

for the buttons i figured out the problem so need to worry, im so used to going through the elementor settings and then styling but managed to find border for the button (CTA)
