Site Experiencing Technical Issues

Hi there!
My site is experiencing some issues lately, even though i haven’t changed anything. It seems it has crashed. On the dashboard its saying “This theme recommends the following plugin: WooCommerce.” but when i try to install it fails repeatedly. My products page has also disappeared.
Kindly look into this, would really appreciate your help.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
