Site loading issue with Theme

Hi! My site https://92782.tech/ looks different when loading and then different when fully loaded but i want to stay like its on loading as final result after loading I dont like that I want laoding version but woodmart theme causing this issue. I deactivated plugin too but still issue stays. You can it on homepage or in video I attach

As we can see, you are using Elementor’s full-width sections that are initiated only when the page is fully loaded. You need to edit your full width section and enable our theme’s Stretch option that works with CSS and disable Elementor’s options for this.
