Just take each point from the report and fix them one by one. We don’t see any issues related to our theme there.

If I am converting style.css tostyle.min.css and replace with style.css. Will it work?

Or I need to rename the path?

There is no need to minify our style.css since we already have a minified version for that – style.min.css. You can turn it on in Theme Settings -> Performance.
