Site loading twice

Hi, I have 2 questions:

1) When ever i open my site, its loading twice. How can i avoid it please ? Details are in private content area.
2) By default i can create 2 tabs in single product edit area. Is there a way to increase tabs ? (I wish to increase up to 4 tabs)

2. Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Settings Presets and create a preset with such condition:

In that condition, we specified a specific product.

Then edit the settings of that preset and navigate to Single product -> Tabs and define additional tabs here: https://take.ms/sfLk0

Hi, Regarding my initial 2 questions:

1) You asked me to close “a” tab. I have closed the tab but issue is still there (Loading twice) Please check the screenshot. (I have cleared the cache and also completely deleted the copyright area and tested. Same scenario.
2) I followed what you have asked me to do regarding additional tab. But no results.
Kindly pay your attention. (wp Access details been shared in my first tropic)

1. Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

2. Everything works well, I have defined such condition: https://take.ms/IOW3w and edited its theme settings as I described above and as a result, tabs are shown: https://take.ms/at0lY
