I uploaded a logo image but it does not show up on the home page and the “woodmart” logo still appears on all other pages. Where do I find the image size guidelines for this theme?

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please make sure that you are making changes to the correct header from Woodmart >> Header Builder.

Then clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
